Children's morning and afternoon party rate is £40 per session (aged 13 and under only).

Please note we can only accept adult party bookings on Friday and Saturday nights, if you would like to book another night please call to discuss

Main Hall hire includes hire of meeting room. Hire of meeting room only is available Monday to Thursday at cost of £20 per session (evenings only during term-time)

 
Stage hire at a cost of £25 includes set up and take down
 
Hire includes use of 18 standard tables and 102 chairs 
We also offer banqueting facilities for your special event:
Banqueting table, tablecloth and 8 chairs – additional £30 per table
Banqueting Chair – additional £2.50 per chair
White matching crockery and cutlery for 104 place settings - additional £10.00
Our banqueting package costs £500.00 and includes the tables, tablecloths, chairs, crockery and cutlery for 104 persons and all-day hire of hall and previous evening set-up.
 
Booking deposits required: 50% of total hire fee plus £100 damage deposit (£250 damage deposit if any alcohol on premises)

Horam Village Hall uses personal data for the purposes of managing the hall, its bookings and finances, running and marketing events at the hall, staff employment and its fundraising activities.
Data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounts purposes and for longer where required by the hall’s insurers.
